Babylon Free Summer Concerts 2026: Every Show, Date, and Park
The Town of Babylon's 2026 Free Summer Concert Series ran June through August at Tanner Park, Overlook Beach, and Phelps Lane, all free of charge. The season finale is The Say at Overlook Beach on Thursday, August 13 at 7 PM, and the Beach Blast fireworks follow that Saturday.

All summer long, the Town of Babylon puts on free concerts at its parks and beaches, and the lineup leans hard into the tribute bands the South Shore loves: Billy Joel, Zac Brown, Foreigner, Journey, Styx, Tom Petty. Every show is free, courtesy of the series sponsors, per the town's published 2026 Recreation Guide. Bring chairs or a blanket and you are set.
The season finale
- Thursday, August 13, 7 PM - The Say, Overlook Beach. The last show of the 2026 series: one more free night of live music on the sand before the summer winds down.
Free outdoor theater and ballet, same parks
- Saturday, July 18, 5 PM - Mansfield Park, Eastline Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park program, Carlls River Botanical Garden
- Saturday, July 25, 6:30 PM - The Two Gentlemen of Verona, South Shore Theatre Experience, Phelps Lane Park
- Saturday and Sunday, August 1 and 2, 4 PM - Lumiere Ballet presents Paquita and Other Dances, Tanner Park Bandshell

The Men of Soul (June 23 and July 9), Mamma Mania (July 1), Strawberry Fields (July 8), Somethin' Fresh (July 10), Forever Donna (July 15), The Little Mermen (July 18), Gold Dust Woman (July 24), The Lords of 52nd Street (July 29), Zac Brown Tribute Band (July 31), Foreign Journey + Return to Paradise (August 5), Lovesong (August 7), and American Girl (August 12) carried the summer - if you caught one, you know the drill.
A few neighborly tips
- Everything above is free. Chairs and blankets are the whole equipment list.
- Tanner Park shows fill in around the bandshell; the early birds get the lawn up front.
- The season's two Fill The Boot nights (July 29 and August 12) collected for the Fire Chiefs' Relief Fund.
- Movie person instead? The town also runs free outdoor movie nights all summer.
Free live music two or three nights a week, all summer, at parks you already love. That is a good deal by any math.
